Balancing Act: Understanding the Interactions Between CBD and Ibuprofen

In vivo, DH-CBD potentiated IGly evoked by puff application of 30 uM glycine in spinal dorsal horn neurons of rats. Moreover, DH-CBD significantly suppressed inflammatory thermal and mechanical pain hypersensitivity induced by intraplantar administration of 20 ul CFA (1:4 in saline) into one paw in rats (Fig. 1 A).
